 Communication 

Good communication is very important to us,  it allows us to complete our work to a high standard & within good time. We appreciate being able to communicate with you in a timely manner, so please let us know the best most convenient way to reach you.  (inworld, facebook, skype, discord) 

At busy times. You may be assigned to an assistant as the Landscaper/Decorator will work based on his/her schedule as they have allotted time for all current projects. This will not affect the completion date that has been set. Anything that needs to be relayed to the landscaper/Decorator will be through the assistant assigned to you.

Complaints & Suggestions can be sent via Private FB IM  or 

Notecard  [ Complaint/ Suggest] in the subject/name please. [Please allow 48 hours for a reply.]

Payments/Refunds

All Services - You are required to be paid in fall before the work is started. Full details will be on your invoice.  Which issued to you via notecard.

Any additional services & payments added to your project, after the first invoice is issued, will be updated and the invoice will be re-issued. When you make a payment you agree to the Terms of Service and that you understand the policy that you can cancel and request a refund within [7 ] days of the payment date, but you will not get a full refund as a deduction will be made for the use & time you have had of our services.

If we are unable to complete your build due to events unseen, we reserve the right to reschedule your build, hold your project, or return some of your remaining balance as a Credit Voucher.

Additionals

When Additional fees may apply: 

  • If at any time you decide that you'd like your entire landscape or build changed, depending on the extent of the project and the changes. 

  • Anything you would like changed or added after the  agreed project is finished 

  • If items / objects get returned by the sim owner or someone else other than the Landscaper &/or builder you will need to rebook us to re-setup. 

  • If there are items  you want to be added that the Landscaper or Builder does not have or has not planned to include in the build.  (Alternatively wait till the build is complete & finished & rez the item/s yourself.)   

  • If items / objects or any part of the build are returned by the sim owner/renter or someone else other than the Designer & Landscaper, before the build is complete/ finished (Re-booking fee may be required for re-building part or all of the sim) 

  • Any Addiction Services, Add ons or updates, may occur fee’s but you will be notified of charges before work / a service is carried out.

We offer personal edit rights for upto 10 days after the project is complete (for no extra cost) -  for an extension of personal edit rights,  please ask. 

We also offer by appointment an Free Update of current items & Seasonal Updates  Service which may include a small charge if you want additional add ons at the time.
